Teen Gym Membership Program

Getting a pump at the gym feels good but do you know what feels even better? Giving back! At Muscle Origins, we believe in giving back and having a positive impact on the world. That is why we have implemented an initiative to donate 20% of all our profits to sponsor teenagers gym memberships through our program.

Why do we feel it’s important? We know that being physically active is important for our overall health and well-being, especially during the teenage years. However, not all families can afford gym memberships, and that’s where we come in. For every product sold, we will donate a portion of the profits to local gyms, providing free memberships to teens who need it the most. This way, we can help them stay active, healthy and focused on their goals.

Teenage years are a crucial time in a person’s development, both physically and mentally. Regular exercise is essential for overall health and well-being, and going to the gym can have numerous benefits for teens. Here are the top benefits that gyms can have on teen kids:

  • Physical health: Exercise is important for maintaining good physical health. Going to the gym regularly can help teens build muscle, increase flexibility, and improve cardiovascular health. Regular exercise can also help teens maintain a healthy weight, which is important for preventing obesity and related health problems.
  • Mental health: Exercise is also important for mental health. Going to the gym can help teens reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and increase self-esteem. Regular exercise has been shown to have a positive impact on mental health, and going to the gym is a great way for teens to get the mental exercise they need.
  • Increased Confidence: Exercise can also improve a teen’s mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. As they become more physically fit and see improvements in their strength and endurance, their confidence and self-esteem can also increase.
  • Setting goals: Going to the gym can help teens set and achieve goals. Whether they want to improve their strength, endurance, or flexibility, going to the gym regularly can help them track their progress and achieve their fitness goals. Setting and achieving goals can help teens build self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
  • Healthy habits: Going to the gym regularly can help teens develop healthy habits that they can carry into adulthood. Regular exercise is important for overall health and well-being, and going to the gym can help teens establish a lifelong commitment to fitness.
